We have introduced various channels to book our services, such as Phone calls, Phone messages, Whatsapp, Viber, Imo, and Emails etc..and also through our website contact forms and booking page.

There are no restrictions to send your request to us, so you can simply contact us 24/7 to request any cleaning service.

Services are provided from Saturday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 19:00 pm,¬† Except Fridays’. So on our working days you may request any working time!

After contacting us our agents will check the availability. Usually it takes less than 45 minutes to book the service and the cleaners to arrive to your place.

Yes we do provide cleaning stuff and necessary equipment if you request.

We do accept Cheque payments and cash payments. Our office agents will inform you how to pay please ask them.

We accept bank transfer payments only from our regular clients who has signed an annual contract with us

Yes you can, But we kindly request you to inform us 12 hours in advance. Because we deny others assuming you might not cancel.

Yes it’s possible only by contacting our office agents, they will confirm if time allows to provide more cleaning services¬†

Yes we accept your timely changes, so you can terminate any contract by giving us a one month notice

Yes, you can take services as long as you need, but we give first priority to our regular clients
